What is Apostille Service?

If you need an Apostille or Certification for your document from the California Secretary of State, we make the process very simple:

 

 

1. Place your order online by clicking on the order link below or by calling our toll free number and speaking with a customer service representative. Once we confirm your order, we will email you a confirmation along with your order reference number.

2. Mail in your documents to us immediately for processing to:

3. Once we receive your documents, they are walked in to the California Secretary of State office in Los Angeles, California to process your documents and obtain the appropriate Apostille or Certification. The normal turnaround time is 2-3 business days after receipt for standard processing and guaranteed 1 day turnaround time for Expedited Service.

Please be advised that free shipping applies for all documents being shipped to United States addresses only.  Orders originating outside the United States do not qualify for free shipping and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
