We offer Apostille and Certification services for any document with the United States State Department.

Documents that normally would be channeled to the U.S. State Department are:

-F.B.I. Criminal Background Checks

-Any document issued and signed by a designated authority of the Federal  Government (i.e. FBI, I.C.E., etc)

-Documents that have had a State Apostille issued but also require a State  Department for use in non-Hague member countries.

-U.S. Embassy issued documents such as Consular Birth Certificates

Please note:  For criminal background checks issued by the F.B.I., you need to request a letter signed by the Criminal Justice Information Services with their official seal and original signature otherwise, the U.S. State Department will not issue an Apostille or Certification. If you use a third party vendor to obtain the background check, you need to make sure to request this original signed letter mailed to your address. Official PDF versions sent by the U.S. Department of Justice are acceptable.

Service time for all documents submitted to the United States State Department is currently 5 to 6 weeks. All fees include overnight shipping and all U.S. State Deparment Fees. If you need the documents processed quickly, contact us first for assistance
