  • Complete our Order Form  or call to speak with a representative at 1.888.569.5995 to place your order and provide all the required information.
  • Once the order is received we will email you a confirmation.  Mail in your documents for processing to:

  • With Standard Processing, we will return the Apostille documents back to you within 3 business days of receipt (CA Documents/ 10-15 days all other states, guaranteed; with Express Service, documents will be returned within 1 business day of receipt via Overnight Express Mail, guaranteed (Only Available for California Documents - Processing times vary for documents from all other states).

Important Note: For all documents mailed in to our offices, the document must be notarized by a licensed, Notary Public unless the document is issued by a County or State Official such as official record certificates (i.e. birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.) As of January 1, 2015, notaries are required to use the new CA Notary Acknowledgment for document certification otherwise, the CA Secretary of State will not process it.  When notarizing your documents, please ask the notary to use the correct form.
